In December 2022, Lowe & Fletcher celebrated the retirement of Paul Griffiths after 27 years with the business.
Paul (pictured centre) began his career as a Design Engineer at the Bilston site in 1995. When the Wednesbury site opened in 1998 Paul transferred across as a Design and Development Engineer in the Technical Office where he worked until his retirement.
During his 27 years of service, Paul amassed a great knowledge of all of the different mechanical varieties of locks that Lowe & Fletcher produce and became the “go to” person for technical enquiries.
The management team thanked him for his loyal service and for the contribution and hard work that he has put into Lowe & Fletcher throughout his time in the business. All the team wishes him a very happy retirement.
