Lowe & Fletcher Ltd operates from two sites in the West Midlands. Having outgrown our UK factories a purpose built facility at Wednesbury was opened in 1998 to provide the space for all UK manufacturing. The manufacturing space includes a dedicated production area for our advanced electronic locking solutions.
The Bloxwich plant opened in 1968 as a dedicated metal finishing operation to support the wider Group, as well as a range of external customers needing expert metal finishing and coating.
We are part of the Lowe & Fletcher Group which has manufactured locks since 1889, when it was founded in Willenhall, the historical heart of the lock making industry in the United Kingdom. The Locking Systems Division has operational sites in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland and the USA. These advanced production facilities serve both their local markets as well as supplying specialist locks for the wider business.
