Horizon Real Time Clock

The new Horizon Digital lock with an accurate Real Time Clock is now available. The Real Time Clock feature means the lock can be made operational only within specified hours or it can be rented for set periods of time. Time and date can be set and read from the keypad and codes can be generated on a PC or on the website.

Accurate Real Time Clock

• Time and date can be set and read from the keypad
• 30s allowance for the battery change without re-setting of time
• Low power sleep mode with RTC running in the background
• Can be made operational only within specified hours
• Can be rented for a period of time with activation code:
  • Rental start and stop time using 11 digit code
  • Stop time using just 8 digit code
• Codes can be generated on a PC or on the website 

How does it work?

	Step 1: Merchant identifies a locker available for the requested duration
	Step 2: User pays locker rental merchant
	Step 3: Merchant enters lock number and duration in app and gets activation code
	Step 4: User enters activation code on lock and then chooses a PIN
	Step 5: User continues to access locker using PIN

The Horizon Real Time Clock is also available in Public, Private or Remote Allocation operating modes as standard.
